Meet The Directors

Hayden and Siobahn are the proud owners, directors and active workers in their recently registered limited company Pailyn Painters and Decorators.

Hayden is a qualified painter and decorator with 8 years experience in the painting and plastering industry. Hayden is the site manager and lead painter in new builds and all plastering projects. Siobahn has 5 years experience in renovation painting, team management, and is the head of the renovation decorating and design department.

This hard-working and ambitious duo have gained skills and qualities beneficial to the company, whilst raising their young son and daughter in whom the company is named.  Hayden has received his New Zealand Certificate in Painting and Decorating through BCITO, with strands in Specialised Spraying. Before entering the trades, Siobahn received qualifications in both the mental health and hospitality industries.  Through this she gained specialised people skills including customer service, cultural diversity and awareness, and problem resolution. Whilst currently completing her National diploma in Interior Design, Siobahn aims to create personalised interior and exterior designs best suited to the character and style of individual customers.

Hastings based Pailyn Painters and Decorators work throughout the Hawkes Bay region. They are motivated to look at both new build and renovation projects that require their professional service.
